Day 3 of my new chore schedule

I am now on day 3 and doing good. I am of course very tired, can't seem to get into the habit of going to bed early.

Today started out wonderful, though I did seem to wake up with the starting of one of my headaches. If it gets too bad I will have to take my medicine for it. I seen my beloved off to work and got right into getting things done.

First thing, Make the bed~ You can see that Molly is already back on the bed in her favorite place, and Oreo is in the window~

Next I started laundry, isn't this a beautiful site?? Empty laundry bags~

My favorite laundry products~

The first load done~ That blue is the skirt I wore yesterday!!

Next load ready to go in the dryer~

Went outside and another cloudy day~

Then it was on to today's cleaning chores~

Sinks done~Aren't they nice and shiny??~

Don't have pictures of the toilets and showers, sorry.

I used my HMB which now has a permanent place on my counter, I leave it open while I am using it and then when I am done I put it back into it's place.

Hope everyone out there is looking well to the ways of her household today, May God Bless all of you.

Blessings,Joann

  1. Hello Joanne! Found you from DeNiece's. You are so inspirational! I've been wed 24 years now; 2nd daughter (1st is already on her own) getting ready to move 10 hours south this Friday (gulp..! but we're happy for her) and honestly. I wish I was grasping onto the joy and privilege it is to be a homekeeper/wife and mom sooner! How did you get your binder printouts? Is that computer paper with the type in the middle by you? I have a binder, but...like you, found the original inspiration to be so rigid, I could not keep up ;o). I took everything out and it houses recipes. With a special needs preteen, autistic child, who challenges 'my schedule' for various reasons, I need relateable, warm and loving women who aren't concerned about looking fallible at times. I'm definitely following you. You are just a lovely lady.

I love how shiny your kitchen sink is for some reason I can never get mine that shiny :( Stay encouraged my dear sister in Christ, and I just love stopping to visit you.

  4. Looking good, Joann. Glad you are getting used to the routine. You will eventually get used to going to bed earlier. I am a night owl. I would rather stay up late and sleep late, but that doesn't work great. So I try not to stay up past 11 and usually get up between 6 and 7. That works pretty good for us. Have a good day. Winona
