Happy Mother's Day!!

I did get the purses done that I was working on for gifts for Mother's day. Here are a few pictures of them, if you click on the pictures they should get bigger so you can look real close and see the mistakes I made!!

This is the purse I made for Roger's Mom, he went out and bought a box of See's candies for both of our Mom's so they are getting that too~





This is the purse for my Mom~The only difference in the two is this one the handles are shorter~

I thought of this verse from Proverbs 31 would be appropriate for Mother's Day~


"She looks well to the ways of her househould and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her Children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her. Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised" Proverbs 31: 27~30
